Litigation Services Recovery Section Fees
A 50% contingent fee is charged on all amounts collected in the Litigation Services Recovery Section and through litigation using an attorney with the exception of Small Claims litigation. ARS will advance all costs associated with litigation on approved accounts and as prescribed by law. ARS will be reimbursed for such costs from the first monies received. No fees are charged for Small Claims litigation as these must be handled by the creditor according to state statute . A document preparation and filing service is available for Small Claims processing at a nominal flat fee.
