Q - Why a Deluxe web site?

A - At Deluxe our favorite word is OK! Many of our customers asked for easier ordering and we said "OK!" Deluxe is working on offering the 90's way of shopping, and you'll never have to leave your office. The World Wide Web now has business products, and not just PCs, hard drives and the new Pentium chip, but products you use in your daily operations. In an effort to bring our customers an on-line product offering, Deluxe is building a comprehensive web site with over 2000 products and over 1000 product photos. Within this web site, customers will be able to see products on-line, get free products and order forms - all from your office computer. In order to quickly move forward with this project, we have decided to put the current version online immediately, with the catalog function still under development. Please continue to check back with us often. Add us to your bookmarks - over the next several months we plan to add many more products, graphics, and freebies (watch for our "World's Easiest Business Card and Stationery Maker" software). .

Q - How fast can you print my forms?

A - Most standard forms only take 3 days to print once we have your order. Form requests with company logos are usually produced in 5 days. Some of the stock items that require no printing can be on the road to you in only 2 days. If you find that our standard products don't meet your needs, contact us about custom forms. We offer a full line of multicolor options at a price and schedule to meet your needs. Most custom products take only 5 to 10 days to print. Call us, and we will say "OK!"

Q - Can I use my company logo?

A - Yes, by all means. At Deluxe, that is our specialty. We are the nation's largest check supplier. You might know us by our red and black check box. If you have a black-and-white camera-ready art slick or a digitized company logo, send it to us. Q - What if I cannot find what I'm looking for?

A - If you cannot find what you want in the catalog we send you, call us at 800-336-4168. Our fax numbers are 800-336-4169 (U.S. only).

Q - How do I pay?

A - We accept credit cards, or we will establish an account for you so that we can simply invoice you in the future. All orders are to be paid in U.S. dollars.

Q - Who pays for the shipping and how do my orders ship?

A - We do! All pre-paid orders made within the continental United States receive free UPS ground-service shipping. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are sent UPS blue label at the customer's expense. Invoiced orders are sent at the customer's expense. Deluxe does not add handling charges to orders.

Q - What if I need my order faster?

A - OK! Just tell us how fast you need it. We will look at rush schedules (possible additional cost) and shipping methods. We can meet most any deadline. Want it sent Fed Ex, OK! For a small additional expense, most standard orders can be on your desk in 4 working days.

Q - What if I want to mail the forms I'm ordering?

A - Most of the forms available through our mail order catalog have a compatible double-window envelope. If you do not see what your looking for, just let us know and we will try to help.

Q - What is the minimum order quantity?

A - Most often it is 250 units. Sometimes you might see 100 units for sale in the manual forms section.

Q - How much imprint can I have on my checks or forms?

A - Generally, we can print just about anything, but most forms are limited to 6 lines of company information and 3 lines of bank information, due to form limits or software restrictions. If you have terms, conditions of the sale, or you simply want to say "Thank You" to your customers, just let us know and for only $7.50 more we can add your text to most any form.

Q - Can you incorporate our company colors into the form?

A - We can print any color of the rainbow. We can print a rainbow. Just let us know. We will put together a quick quote and send it to you for your approval.

Q - What colors do I get to choose from for my checks?

A - Any color you want! Just ask. We also offer a standard set of preprinted background colors like blue, green, tan, and yellow that are included in the base price. If you would like to use our Antique (a light tan color) or the Monterey (a teal color), they are an additional $14.00 per 1000 checks, $14.00 minimum charge. What a great way to get the look of a custom check without the custom price!

Q - Can you match a product I'm already using that isn't in the catalog?

A - OK! Send us a sample either e-mail, traditional mail, or Fed Ex and we will look it over and get back with you.
