For this reason, there are no refunds or credits for opened or used software purchased through SOHO Central. This also includes software directly downloaded from our website.
Some software is available direct from the developer or distributor via links from our site. In these cases, the developers or distributors software policy will apply.

SOHO Central, Inc. does not accept the following type of advertising or will not host a website that features this content:
- Ads or websites which promote or advertise any type of bulk e-mail service or offers to sell bulk e-mail software which can used to send unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam.
- Ads or websites which promote chain letters, $5 or $10 programs, or anything which may be deemed illegal.
- Ads or websites which promote 900 phone numbers.
- Ads or websites which are adult related, including adult web sites or adult products. (Casino Ads or websites are OK).
- Ads or websites which are anti-government, anti-taxes.
- Ads or websites which relate to credit repair.
SOHO Central, Inc. reserves the right to refuse advertising or websites which compete with any services which we currently offer and to refuse any advertising or the hosting of any websites we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.
